What they need
- FormatFinished size 8½ × 11 inches, full color, including covers; quote 24-, 32-, and 40-page brochure options. Print-ready PDFs provided.
- Paper and binding50 lb. white recycled paper with printed recycling symbol; trimmed, folded, and bound with two staples. Include optional pricing for 60 lb. recycled paper.
- Mailing and deliveryBundle and prepare approximately 10,200 quarterly copies for bulk mailing using provided carrier routes; postage prepaid by the client. Deliver to Merrifield Post Office between 8 a.m. and noon and remaining copies to Vienna Community Center.
- ScheduleJuly 1, 2027–June 30, 2028, with production runs in July, October, January, February, and April. Maximum five-day turnaround for blue-line proof, printing, and mailing.
- PricingProvide all-inclusive pricing per issue and optional pricing for 1,000 additional copies with one week's notice.
