  • Permit reviewsAverage two requests daily, with Virginia PE-signed recommendations. Single-trip reviews due the next business day by 9:00 a.m. for requests received by 3:30 p.m.; blanket reviews within one week; occasional two-hour expedited reviews.
  • Included servicesAccess and testing equipment, traffic control, railroad coordination, inspection reports, annual condition report, and occasional bridge repair design.
  • QualificationsVDOT prequalification, certified inspectors meeting NBIS requirements, and experience with bridge inspections and overweight permit reviews.
