Staffing: Qualified bridge inspection team leaders and Maryland-registered engineers.
Equipment: Inspection tools, specialized access equipment, qualified operators and traffic control as needed.
Term: Assignments over up to five years, with no guaranteed work volume.
Response: Capacity for simultaneous assignments and emergency response within four hours when required.
