Staffing and schedule: One armed officer on-site Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., excluding holidays and facility closures.
Term: October 16, 2026–October 15, 2027; approximately 2,259 hours, with two optional one-year renewals.
Site and duties: Two buildings totaling approximately 35,000 square feet; main entrance coverage, hourly interior and exterior patrols, parking area monitoring, de-escalation, and emergency assistance.
Qualifications: Current Virginia DCJS licensing and armed officer credentials, required training, and a designated project manager. Officer must be able to stand for up to six hours and lift 40–50 lbs.
Equipment: Provide uniforms, all necessary equipment, and an operational duty cell phone.
Pricing: Include an all-inclusive hourly rate and annual total based on 2,259 hours; prorate charges for service not provided during closures.
