What the job is
System: Replace the existing conventional 450-gallon-per-day system with an AdvanTex AR-RT treatment system, MVP Simplex control panel, C1 cistern pump, and geotextile sand filter system per the permitted design.
Installation: Include all labor, materials, equipment, plumbing and electrical connections, and drainfield protection.
Existing system and site: Include septic tank pump-out, abandonment of unused components, required tree removal and clearing, debris disposal, grading, seeding, and yard restoration. Provide a separate unit price for additional pump-outs.
Permits and closeout: Include permits, inspection fees, third-party OSE inspection, as-built design, operation permit, and maintenance recordation.
Qualifications and warranty: Proper Virginia Class A or B contractor licensing and applicable sewage-system licenses; minimum one-year labor warranty plus manufacturer warranties.
