  • Controls and electricalEngage Schneider Electric for controls; include external VFDs, non-fused local disconnects, and replacement AHU smoke detectors, with fire alarm vendor coordination.
  • Piping and testingInclude provision for three branch isolation valves if existing valves fail to hold, airflow and water-flow measurements, testing and balancing, and commissioning support.
  • ScheduleTarget construction window is August–November 2027. Complete AHU-1 and AHU-2 systems first within 60 calendar days, followed by AHU-3 within 30 calendar days. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
