Well: Approximately 1,000 feet deep with an 18-inch production casing.
Inspection: Two full-depth video surveys and testing for straightness and alignment.
Equipment: Provide, install, and remove a variable-speed vertical turbine line shaft pump rated for 500–4,000 gallons per minute, initially set at 400 feet, with fuel, flow meters, and water-level monitoring equipment.
Testing: Estimated 40 hours of development pumping, 10 hours of testing at different pumping rates, and 24 hours at a constant rate, plus monitoring water-level recovery.
Controls: Provide 100 feet of sound barrier standing 20 feet tall, temporary water holding tanks, and piping to the designated storm drain.
Completion: Clean out debris, disinfect, and install a watertight cap with a hinged, lockable protective cover by February 28, 2027.
