Availability: 24/7, 365 days a year; arrive within 30 minutes for local calls and 1 hour for unincorporated and canyon calls.
Capabilities: Tow large vehicles and items in steep canyons, off-road terrain, and inclement weather using your own permanently branded equipment and personnel.
Cleanup: Complete accident-scene cleanup, including debris, oil, radiator fluid, and absorbent materials.
Qualifications and insurance: Current towing operator, vehicle, and carrier certifications; required staff background checks; workers’ compensation, commercial auto liability, and $100,000 garage keepers’ coverage.
Term and pricing: Service through February 2030. Please provide applicable towing rates and fees; charges are payable by vehicle owners or their insurers.
