Scope: Evaluate, investigate, and litigate consumer protection, gambling, and public safety claims, including discovery, trials, settlements, and appeals.
Team: Lead counsel with at least 20 years of complex civil litigation experience, including jury trials; 3–6 senior attorneys with at least 10 years each and actual complex civil trial experience, plus sufficient support staff.
Capacity: Ability to sustain at least $1.5 million annually in associate and staff salaries for five consecutive years without contingent fee payments.
Insurance: Legal malpractice coverage of at least $5 million per incident.
Pricing: Quote a single percentage multiplier applied to maximum contingent fee tiers of 25%/20%/15%/10% for recoveries up to $10 million, the next $5 million, the next $5 million, and amounts above $20 million, respectively, with a $50 million maximum fee cap before applying the multiplier. Approved expenses are reimbursed at cost.
Duration: Through completion of litigation and appeals, unless ended earlier.
