- AircraftMust support the specified application rates and GPS flight lines for 100% coverage at elevations of 5,700–6,700 feet.
- Pickup and handlingCollect seed from Great Basin Research Center in Ephraim, Utah, during regular business hours Monday–Thursday. Provide personnel and equipment for loading and unloading.
- ScheduleComplete by November 11, 2026; start dates to be coordinated. Begin daily seeding by 8:00 a.m.; operations may be postponed when winds exceed 10 mph.
- PricingQuote a cost per acre, including seed pickup, handling, and aerial application.
