What the job is
Removal: Deinstall 12 two-post lifts and 3 in-ground lifts, disconnect utilities, drain tanks, and palletize or discard equipment as directed.
New Installation: Provide and install 13 Challenger VLE10 two-post above-ground lifts, connect utilities, test functionality, and dispose of packaging.
Relocation: Relocate and reinstall one four-post lift from Bay 8 to Bay 32 and one two-post lift from Bay 7 to Bay 27/28.
Concrete Work: Patch and level concrete and repair holes resulting from removal and installation.
Pricing: Include all labor, equipment, materials, consumables, freight, disposal, installation, testing, warranties, and applicable operator training.
Schedule: Preferred performance window is December 21, 2026, through January 10, 2027; please provide lead time and a proposed schedule.
