PowerTier 4 diesel generator meeting or exceeding Cummins Onan QD 12500 per van, connected to the vehicle fuel tank, with vibration isolation and a sealed, ventilated enclosure maintaining interior noise at 60 dB or less.
Electrical60-amp 120/240V panel, 20 outlets, shore power connection, 100-amp automatic/manual transfer switch, auxiliary battery backup, and interior/exterior lighting.
InteriorR-7 minimum wool insulation, finished walls and ceiling, bulkhead, aluminum cabinetry and work surfaces, cylinder brackets, and two vibration-isolated 18U server racks per van.
HVAC and ventilationTwo roof-mounted air conditioners with heat strips per van, digital thermostat, three instrument exhaust vents, and custom SIFT-MS exhaust ducting.
ExteriorSampling inlets/pass-throughs, mast bracket installation, side ladder rated for 400 lbs., running boards, 3,000-lb. minimum hitch receiver, and upgraded shocks and leaf springs.
Weight and testingTarget maximum finished vehicle weight of 7,350 lbs.; waterproofing and water testing; generator testing at 50%, 75%, and 90% load for four hours each at 90°F or higher.
Completion and supportComplete by August 31, 2027; include a two-year warranty, electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and electrical/generator training.
