What the job is
Service period: February 1, 2027–January 31, 2032, with one optional five-year extension.
Residential: Approximately 4,911 homes; weekly trash and recycling collection using new vendor-supplied 96-gallon carts, with collection assistance for eligible residents.
Brush and bulk: Weekly curbside pickup; please price both 3- and 4-cubic-yard limits due to differing requirements in the documents.
Commercial: Approximately 63 front-load containers, 2–8 cubic yards, serviced 1–6 times weekly; include disposal and small-business cart rates.
Permanent roll-offs: Price 20-, 30-, and 40-yard open-top containers and compactor service, including rental, hauling, and disposal. Temporary roll-offs are excluded.
Household hazardous waste: Separately price monthly call-in home collection with vendor-provided bags or containers and pickup within 31 days; exclude this cost from residential collection rates.
Equipment and additional services: New carts and containers; collection trucks no more than four years old at startup with GPS tracking. Include six facility locations at no additional charge, plus separate excess-waste and disaster-debris rates.
