What the job is

Schedule: Two clinics weekly, up to 10 patients per clinic; approximately 104 clinics annually. Visits scheduled Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Central Time.
Care: Face-to-face assessments, routine care, and follow-ups for bunions, calluses, corns, fungal nails, foot and ankle fractures, gout, heel pain, and ingrown toenails.
Qualifications: Texas-licensed D.P.M.; minimum two years of provider experience and one year of relevant experience for assigned personnel. Mandatory two-week training before seeing patients.
Response times: Respond to service calls within four hours; emergency requests require on-site response within one hour.
Service period: Begins upon selection and runs through August 31, 2029.
Pricing: Provide an all-inclusive rate per clinic for up to 10 patients and a flat fee for each additional patient.

Insurance
