Hardscape weed control227,086 square feet monthly, totaling 2,725,032 square feet across 12 cycles; include live and dead vegetation removal and cleanup.
Tree trimming400 crew-hours using a three-person ground crew, with an ISA Certified Arborist available.
Irrigation480 crew-hours for maintenance and 160 crew-hours for installation/renovation, supervised by a TCEQ Licensed Landscape Irrigator. Emergency response within 2 hours; routine response within 36 hours.
