Weekly cleaningVacuum, sweep and dust mop floors; empty and clean trash cans and take waste to the onsite dumpster; polish the conference table and straighten chairs; dust windowsills; clean glass windows, entry doors and light switches.
Restrooms and kitchenWeekly restroom cleaning and disinfection, paper towel refills, and cleaning of kitchen counters, sink and appliances, including microwave interiors and exteriors.
Monthly or as neededClean large interior office and lobby windows and remove dust and bugs from interior light fixtures, excluding lobby fixtures.
ScheduleWork outside business hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Employee desktops and computer equipment are excluded.
SuppliesProvide labor, cleaning supplies and equipment. Paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soap and trash liners are supplied onsite; brooms, mops and mop buckets are available.
Service logsRecord arrival/departure times and completed tasks after each visit, available by the next business day.
