Volume and term: Estimated 325 active devices, 117,000 monitoring days, and 453 installations annually; one-year term with four optional annual renewals.
Devices: FCC-certified, waterproof, one-piece ankle monitors with tool-resistant straps, electronic and fiber-optic tamper detection, and battery life exceeding 12 hours; 24 hours preferred.
Tracking: Record locations every 60 seconds normally and every 30 seconds during violations; support offline data storage, independent zone violation detection, and immediate alerts.
Installation: Dedicated full-time installer for same-day installations and removals Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., excluding holidays. Include device checks, off-site service at residences or hospitals, and out-of-state installation/removal capability.
Monitoring and software: Vendor-hosted monitoring and secure browser-based software with nationwide inclusion/exclusion zones, interactive maps, prioritized alerts, false-alarm filtering, daily violation emails, and location requests within two minutes when coverage permits.
Support and training: 24-hour technical support, defective-device replacement within 24 hours with loaners for continuous monitoring, three initial four-hour training sessions, and ongoing training at no additional cost.
Data: CJIS-compliant storage and transmission, retention throughout the term, retrieval within 48 hours through one year after deactivation, and complete data export upon termination.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive daily rates for client-paid and participant-paid services, installation fees, and replacement-unit pricing. Include delivery, setup, and responsibility for lost, damaged, or unrecoverable equipment.
