What the job is
Equipment: Caterpillar, Cummins, Doosan, Generac, and Rehlko (Kohler) generators using diesel, natural gas, and propane. Please identify the brands you can service.
Maintenance: Inspection and preventive maintenance at six-month, annual, and three-year intervals, including service reports, for an initial three-year term.
Load bank testing: Four-hour testing per unit, with one hour each at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of rated capacity.
Repairs: As-needed repairs with emergency response within four to six hours; parts must meet OEM specifications.
Qualifications: Manufacturer-certified warranty service provider with trained, certified technicians; licensed electrician available for brands with units rated 400 kW or higher.
Pricing: Provide maintenance pricing per unit and interval, standard and after-hours labor rates, parts markup, and any trip charges. Include all labor, materials, equipment, and travel costs; fuel is supplied.
