What the job is
Video Displays: One approximately 16' × 32' LED display, two approximately 8' × 16' LED displays, confidence monitors, processing, cabling, mounting, and rigging.
Video Production: Three professional 4K fixed or remote cameras, two professional 4K mobile cameras, switching, graphics, playback, recording, and livestreaming.
Audio and Lighting: Complete sound reinforcement, wired and wireless microphones, playback, stage and broadcast lighting, controls, trussing, cabling, and power distribution.
Staffing and Operations: Production management, technical direction, camera operators, audio/video/lighting technicians, delivery, setup, testing, rehearsals, event operation, and strike.
Deliverables: Fully mastered digital recording of each ceremony, incorporating camera feeds, audio, graphics, and supplied media.
Schedule: Recurring commencement events in mid-December and mid-May, with additional event services requested as needed.
