What they need

ScopeAsbestos and lead paint abatement, mold remediation, and removal of industrial waste, including PCB-containing ballasts and mercury-containing lamps.
ServicesProvide labor, materials, containment, protective equipment, waste packaging, transportation, disposal, permits, manifests, and closeout documentation. Coordinate with a separate environmental consultant for air monitoring and clearance testing.
ScheduleTwo-year initial term with three optional one-year renewals; some assignments require response within 24 hours. Include normal-hours and after-hours availability.
QualificationsApplicable Texas abatement/remediation licenses and trained personnel, including 40-hour HAZWOPER training for workers handling impacted materials.
PricingProvide separate RSMeans adjustment factors for prepriced and non-prepriced work during normal hours and after hours. Quantities vary by assignment; no minimum work volume is guaranteed.
