Service settingOn-site, at your office, or at a designated local hospital, depending on patient needs. Provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies.
QualificationsDDS or DMD with at least five years of relevant experience, applicable Texas sedation/anesthesia permits in good standing, and CPR certification.
