What the job is
Coverage: Seven days per week, including holidays and severe-weather events; WeGo Central coverage from 6:00 AM–10:00 PM and paired overnight mobile response from 10:00 PM–6:00 AM.
Core Services: Rider assistance, wayfinding, accessibility and language support, de-escalation, youth engagement, safety observation, operational support, and incident reporting.
Outreach: Voluntary wellness checks, community-resource coordination, warm handoffs, and approved transportation to services.
Staffing: Qualified ambassadors working in pairs, supported by field supervision, program management, training, partner coordination, and backfill capacity to maintain at least 90% of scheduled hours.
Training: Trauma-informed engagement, crisis response, verbal de-escalation, CPR/First Aid, Narcan, accessibility, language access, youth protocols, and recurring scenario training.
Pricing: Itemized monthly and direct-cost pricing for the base year and four optional years, including staffing, supervision, training, uniforms, equipment, reporting tools, vehicles, transportation, supplies, recruiting, and administration.
