What the job is
Staffing roles: Security guards, ticket takers, ushers, weapon detector operators, elevator operators, supervisors, and managers.
Event types: Football games, basketball games, graduations, concerts, tournaments, baseball/softball games, and track meets.
Attendance range: Events may range from a few hundred attendees up to approximately 25,000 attendees.
Personnel requirements: Staff must be uniformed, at least 18 years old, fluent in English, and trained for assigned roles.
Quote details needed: Hourly rates by role, minimum hours, manager/supervisor ratios, advance notice required, and pricing for sample small, medium, and large event staffing scenarios.
Insurance: Certificate of insurance required, including general liability and workers’ compensation coverage.
