What the job is
Work window: On-site work between December 1, 2026 and January 7, 2027.
Scope: Remove and replace the full building electrical system from weather head through all panels, wiring, devices, fixtures, and branch circuits.
Panels and service: Install a 400-amp, 3-phase manual transfer switch; two 120/240V, 3-phase, 200-amp panels; and one 120/240V, 3-phase, 125-amp load center.
Fixtures and devices: Includes LED troffers, museum track lighting, exterior lighting, outlets, disconnects, smoke/CO detectors, hand dryers, HVAC/water heater circuits, and related controls.
Requirements: Active Tennessee CE contractor license, permits, inspections, testing/commissioning, cleanup, finish repairs, and one-year workmanship warranty.
