Coverage: Administer all three account types under one agreement; approximately 12,944 eligible employees, with 12,064 active employees and 94 COBRA participants enrolled in the health plan.
Member support: Provide a dedicated account team, toll-free support Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CDT, and a secure portal for balances, account activity and messaging.
Enrollment support: Provide annual enrollment presentations, bilingual educational materials and plan summaries by April 1 each year.
Funding and pricing: Provide daily FSA/HRA paid-claims reports, accept ACH or wire transfers, and itemize administrative fees in Excel with no increases during the maximum five-year initial term.
