What the job is
Routine service: Monthly interior and exterior inspections and treatments using Integrated Pest Management, including rodent control and all follow-up treatments needed to resolve covered pest activity at no additional cost.
Annual service: Comprehensive inspection and treatment at each location between July 1 and August 31, satisfying July's monthly service requirement. Provide monthly and annual pricing by location, including labor, materials, equipment, and transportation.
Fire ants: Two broadcast treatments annually across maintained turf, playgrounds, and landscaped areas, plus requested mound spot treatments.
Response times: Follow-up within 24–48 hours, special requests within two business days, and emergencies within 24 hours.
Separate pricing: Termite treatment per building and linear foot, monitoring station installation and annual renewal, a minimum $1,000,000 termite damage retreatment bond, bed bug treatment per room/area, mole/vole treatment per acre, and emergency service per call.
Scheduling and reporting: Apply pesticides only in unoccupied treatment areas, generally after school hours; submit electronic service reports within 24 hours.
Qualifications and term: South Carolina pest control licensing, background-checked personnel, and at least five years of comparable experience; one-year service term with four optional annual renewals.
