Products and pricing: New products matching the models in the pricing worksheet or equivalent specifications. Provide unit pricing for all 34 items and a percentage discount off your published catalog for additional items.
Delivery: Within 30 days of each order; include shipping for orders over $100 and separately list actual shipping costs for orders under $100. Quote dispenser installation/removal separately when applicable.
Supply period: Estimated start January 10, 2027, for one year with four optional annual renewals; pricing must remain fixed during the first year. Quantities are estimates, with no guaranteed purchase volume.
