What the job is
Scope: Prepare and physically post Notices of Levy on land, homes, mobile/modular homes, boats, motors, and aircraft using supplied property files and identifiers.
Schedule: January 1–December 31, 2027, with four possible annual renewals. Scheduling begins in March; posting hours are Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM.
Access: Independently access gated communities and obtain adjacent landowner consent when needed for landlocked properties.
Database: Provide secure, searchable reporting by date, item number, taxpayer name/address, and tax map number; update paid/unpaid accounts daily and retain accessible records for at least six years.
Documentation: Report each posting attempt with date, poster name, item number, and photograph. Identify inaccessible properties and GIS variances, correct improper postings, and provide hard-copy records/photos.
Support: Provide a dedicated contact and respond to property owner inquiries within 24 hours.
Pricing: Quote per property posting, separate hard-copy/photo charges, and any additional fees, based on 30-day payment terms.
Insurance: General liability of $1 million per occurrence/$2 million aggregate, $1 million auto liability, and statutory workers' compensation with $1 million employers' liability.
