What the job is
Assessment: Walk every square yard of asphalt at district locations, documenting pavement conditions, distress types, dimensions, and photographs.
Database: Provide a cloud-based, multi-user platform with aerial layouts, color-coded A–F ratings, repair recommendations, quantities, costs, and reporting tools.
Forecasting: Develop 1-, 5-, and 10-year capital forecasts prioritized by return on investment, with current market pricing.
Ongoing services: Maintain real-time updates, provide training and consultation, conduct biannual reviews, and re-inspect all asphalt assets every three years.
Pricing: Include complete annual pricing for a potential five-year term, including all training and related services.
