Boarding: Supply and install 1/2-inch CDX plywood, cut within 1/2 inch of openings without overlapping wall surfaces; leave sills, headers, and lintels exposed. Paint with exterior flat black paint. Use USA-made 2-1/2-inch or longer kitchen cabinet screws with washers every 16 inches.
Additional work: Install hasps or chains and replace locks; secure existing windows and doors; tarp roof penetrations; provide preapproved structural shoring or stabilization.
Unit pricing: Quote per installed 4-by-8-foot plywood sheet (maximum $75), hasp/chain and lock service ($45), window secured while onsite ($10), door secured while onsite ($15), and square foot of roof tarping ($4). Call-out allowance is $125 plus work rates; shoring is capped at $3,000 per approved task.
Included costs: Include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and travel, with no additional charges.
