What the job is
Production: Own or lease the required equipment and have capacity to perform at least 51% of each printing requirement; no brokering or franchising.
Order sizes: Typically at least 1,000 envelopes or 1,000 copies per print order, excluding signage. Sizes, stock, colors, and quantities vary by job.
Materials and quality: Supply paper stock unless provided; use vegetable-based, fade-proof and waterproof inks, 150-line screen or better, and laser-quality variable imaging.
Proofs and delivery: Proofs generally required within three working days of artwork receipt; delivery within 20 business days after proof approval, including inside delivery.
Pricing: Separately itemize materials, printing, binding, inserting, and mailing costs where applicable.
