Sites: Rose Garden Ponds; MLK Jr. Drive East Stairs; Union Street Stairs and Wall, excluding the street side of the wall; Junction Street Wall; Park Drive Wall on the southeast side across from the stairs; Robin Hood Bridge abutments and Lehigh Spring Park; and Iron Bridge abutments and wing walls in front of 2050 Park Drive.
Assessment: Review the existing Structural Condition Assessment and WPA Masonry Conservation Plan, then survey and assess each site.
Deliverables: Prepare project manuals for each location with annotated graphics identifying, quantifying, and specifying specialized masonry work while protecting historic character.
Support: Review contractor workplans and qualifications, assist with contractor selection, include three on-site meetings, and provide a final report and summary evaluation.
Pricing: Provide fixed fees by phase and overall, task-level staff hours and costs, anticipated expenses, and rates for additional work. Base pricing on a one-year term.
