Building design: Refine the existing concept into an ADA-compliant facility with a gymnasium, locker rooms, classrooms, youth spaces, multipurpose room, communal kitchen, resource center, and offices.
Site design: Include grading, drainage, utilities, landscaping, signage, outdoor play space, community garden, and popup parking.
Documentation and permits: Provide architectural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing plans; construction details; specifications; cost estimate; construction sequencing; and required permits, soil testing, stormwater recommendations, and erosion control plans.
Project support: Include at least three project meetings, bidding assistance, a pre-bid meeting, at least 40 hours for bidding and construction support, and final as-built drawings.
Community outreach: Support at least three outreach events and provide English-to-Spanish translation of public-facing materials as needed.
