Vehicles: 24-, 28-, and 35-passenger vehicles; larger motor coaches if available. Please note baggage capacity and ADA-accessible options.
Trips: Same-day, evening, weekend, and multi-day travel, including local transportation at destinations. Vehicles should arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
Pricing: Provide rates by vehicle type and trip duration, including hourly, one-way, daily, and multi-day rates; minimum charges; and any fuel, toll, parking, or driver fees.
Cancellations: Include policies for advance, same-day, and weather-related cancellations.
