What the job is
Scope: Design, supply, and install one ADA accessible preschool playground, including site preparation, surfacing/bark chips, sidewalk, shed, fence with gate, and a potential tricycle track.
Equipment: Buell or comparable: one seated table (580-1313), two little seat spinners (560-2573), two small nature play stumps, one buddy bench (580-0173), one log tunnel, one tot swing unit, one ADA bucket swing seat (550-0171), one 15 × 15 ft canopy (560-2607; 12 × 12 ft if space requires), and one double water play table (580-1290; single permitted if space requires).
Play structure: Include at least one package: A—Rock n Roll slide plus IN-3051 equipment; B—SY-3049 equipment plus small and medium musical tubes and a xylophone; or C—SY-2988 equipment plus the same musical instruments.
Standards: All equipment must be new, meet ADA, CPSC, and current ASTM requirements, and have applicable IPEMA certification.
Schedule: Complete by May 30, 2027; after-hours and weekend installation preferred. Authorized manufacturer/dealer status and local Oregon sales, service, and installation support required.
Pricing: Itemize equipment, design, labor, sitework, delivery, installation, permits, and fees. Include applicable Oregon prevailing wage labor costs, maintenance/support rates, and repair parts availability for at least five years.
