Services: Address students’ and families’ physical health, mental health, wellbeing, and social services needs.
Provider and coverage: A single nonprofit entity serving multiple districts; no more than 20% of participating districts may have over 3,000 students.
Preferred staffing and approach: An RN for at least 20 hours per week in each participating district, with programming incorporating all ten Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child (WSCC) components.
Term: One year, with four optional one-year renewals.
Pricing: Total fixed cost capped at $1,500,000 annually, including travel and all fees. Include a detailed first-year budget and justification, plus budget overviews for years two through five.
