PositionsUp to 100 Project Clean workers, April–September; 200 Park Maintenance Aides, April–November; and 100 Seasonal Supervisors, March–November.
DutiesOutdoor cleanup, mowing, landscaping, tree work, athletic field and cemetery maintenance; supervisors also transport and direct crews and need valid Ohio driver’s licenses.
Staffing servicesRecruitment, screening, hiring, orientation, biweekly payroll, on-site monitoring, and replacements within one to two business days. A Cleveland office near public transit is required, with recruitment focused on Cleveland residents.
ScheduleTypical shifts are 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; weekend and staggered shifts must be available without an added surcharge.
PricingProvide hourly pay and all-inclusive billing rates by position, both with and without a pre-employment 10-panel urine drug screen; separately list per-person Cuyahoga County and statewide background-check fees and any employee charges.
