Scope: Secure telehealth, court/legal sessions, provider visits, family and attorney visitation, and educational/religious programming, with customized scheduling portals.
Deployment: Requirements workshops, architecture design, configuration of up to 150 endpoints, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.
Integrations: JMS via CSV/JSON, Microsoft Exchange room calendars, and SAML 2.0/WS-Federation 1.0 single sign-on.
Compatibility: Cisco Room Bar/Room Bar Pro, Webex or equivalent, Zoom, Google Meet, SIP/H.323 systems, and SIP-URI dial-in/dial-out.
Security and management: Encryption, authentication, role-based access, usage reporting, endpoint monitoring, and remote diagnostics. Services and data must remain within the United States.
