Reporting: Provide dashboards, evidence-linked case reports, immutable audit trails, data exports, and verified revenue recovery tracking. Collection activities are excluded.
Delivery: Include testing, training, maintenance, and 24/7 support; provide U.S.-based services and data handling, encryption, federated sign-on, multifactor authentication, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility.
Pricing: Quote a contingency percentage of verified recovered revenue covering all required services, with no upfront, implementation, licensing, or subscription fees. Include the required 0.75% recovered revenue administrative share within that percentage.
