What the job is
Service period: November 9, 2026–August 31, 2027; at least 20 hours weekly, pooled quarterly, with support Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Eastern.
Qualifications: OneTrust Trusted-tier partner for U.S. operations with Privacy Automation, Third Party Management, and Tech Risk and Compliance designations; certified OneTrust administrators required.
Platform: One production and one non-production environment covering Data Mapping, PIA/PTA, IT and Security Risk, Compliance, Enterprise Policy, Incident Management, Third-Party Risk Management Suite and Exchange, AI Governance, and integrations.
Base services: Administration, workflow and template optimization, access management, dashboards, API and evidence automation maintenance, framework mapping, release reviews, troubleshooting, documentation, and monthly training up to four hours.
Support: Critical issue response within two business hours; major issue response within four business hours. Include weekly status reports, monthly service reports, and quarterly roadmap reviews.
Personnel and security: U.S.-based personnel and remote access, background checks, MFA, tested and approved production changes, and $5 million technology errors and omissions and cyber liability coverage.
Pricing: Provide an all-inclusive weekly base rate and fully loaded hourly rates for Project Manager, Business Analyst, Technical Design Specialist, Technical Integration Specialist, Technical Solutions Specialist, and Training Specialist for optional project work.
