Doors: Furnish and install five new 3-foot-by-7-foot solid-core birch or approved hollow-metal security doors with 16-gauge frames and narrow safety-glazed lites.
Hardware: Provide electric strikes, panic hardware, alarms, and one accessible automatic door operator; coordinate badge-reader connections.
Partitions and finishes: Complete required selective demolition, metal-stud and Type X gypsum-board partitions, resilient base, patching, and painting to match existing finishes.
Electrical: Provide power, conduit, wiring, door controls, and required exit and emergency-lighting modifications.
Site requirements: Attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting at the project site on September 29, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.; perform work in the occupied facility without disrupting areas outside the construction limits.
Completion: Substantial completion is required by April 2, 2027.
