What the job is
Fence: Approximately 244 linear feet of 6-foot-tall chain link with 2-inch mesh, No. 9-gauge wire with a 6-gauge black vinyl finish, and minimum breaking strength of 1,290 lbs. All fence components must be vinyl coated.
Wire and clearance: Bottom tension wire, three strands of black vinyl-coated barbed wire on top, and maximum 2-inch clearance below fence fabric.
Posts and concrete: 2½-inch line posts and 4½-inch corner/gate posts, evenly spaced and plumb; minimum 3,000 PSI concrete at 28 days. Include diagonal braces and turnbuckles on both sides of the gate.
Gates: Install one new 20-foot-wide gate with barbed wire on top and minimum 3-inch ground clearance where possible. Fit all three gates with drop latches without drop bars; replace Gate A's latch and replace Gate B's latch, reset its post, and align it.
Pricing and schedule: Include all materials, labor, and site cleanup in one total price. Complete by December 31, 2026. Optional site visits are available by appointment.
