What the job is
Scope: Evaluate five participating organizations’ implementation, effectiveness, sustainability, and participant outcomes using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Data collection: Analyze existing records and pre/post surveys; collect supplemental data through surveys, interviews, and focus groups as needed. Include secure handling of sensitive participant data.
Assessment areas: Recruitment, service delivery, retention, partnerships, parenting skills, family relationships, employment, and housing stability.
Deliverables: Evaluation plan within 30 days of execution; implementation report by January 31, 2027; participant outcomes report by March 1, 2027; final report with actionable recommendations by April 30, 2027.
Pricing: Provide a fixed price for each of the four deliverables, including travel and all related expenses. Service term runs through June 30, 2027.
