What the job is
Building: New 111,468-square-foot high school for grades 9–12, serving 670 students; existing schools and athletic facilities will remain operational.
Services: Programming, design, construction documents, cost estimating, GMP support, construction administration, and closeout for Construction Manager at Risk delivery, including early site and procurement packages.
Disciplines: Architecture; MEP, fire protection, civil, and structural engineering; landscape architecture; kitchen, technology/security, interiors/furnishings, acoustics, and signage design.
Design requirements: Latest Ohio School Design Manual and required BIM standards; include site access safety improvements, emergency responder radio coverage, and a fire pump. No storm shelter.
Construction administration: Minimum 24 on-site hours weekly, excluding travel, with progress meetings and written site visit reports.
Budget and schedule: $40,418,812 construction budget; services begin January 2027, early site work begins September 2027, substantial completion March 2030, and services conclude July 2030.
