What the job is
Scope: Design separated bikeways, roadway re-striping and cross-section changes, pedestrian crossings, traffic calming, signal improvements, and ADA-accessible transit facilities.
Deliverables: Preliminary and final construction plans, utility coordination, review meetings, and schedules for assigned tasks.
Qualifications: Quick build bikeway design experience and current ODOT prequalification covering noncomplex and complex highway design, safety studies, bicycle facilities and enhancement design, and basic traffic signal design.
Duration: Two years or until available funds are expended, with work assigned by task.
Pricing: Provide hourly rates by staff role, labor multipliers, audited overhead rates, and estimated reimbursable expenses. Billing rates must remain fixed throughout the engagement.
