Financial terms: Minimum venue rental of $15,000 per event and guaranteed annual payment of $120,000; promoter assumes all event expenses and financial risk.
Insurance and permits: General liability coverage of at least $2 million per occurrence, additional required coverage, and all event licenses and permits.
Site review: Required walkthrough on October 13 at 10:00 a.m. or October 15 at 2:00 p.m., plus review of the venue technical packet.
