What the job is
Pricing: Provide low and high hourly rates by applicable labor category and maximum markup percentages for security hardware, cabling, and miscellaneous installation materials. Include all associated costs; pricing must remain firm for the first year.
Service requirements: Integrators must hold active NC alarm and SP-LV low-voltage licenses and provide emergency response to Central Campus within two hours. Regular work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Work basis: Pricing is for prequalification for future projects; quantities and project scopes will be provided individually, with no guaranteed workload.
