Visits: 12 Class 1 locations need 22 visits each; 30 Class 2 locations need 11 visits each during the initial term.
Term: January 4–June 30, 2027, with two optional one-year extensions.
Routine work: Mow, trim, edge, blow, remove litter, control weeds in beds and paved areas, prune shrubs and trees, and treat fire ant mounds; keep cool-season grass at 4 inches and warm-season grass at 2 inches.
Seasonal work: Apply brown dyed shredded pallet mulch 3–4 inches deep in January, replenish pine straw, remove leaves, and aerate warm-season grass and seed bare spots in May.
Grass treatments: Test soil and apply fertilizer and herbicides suited to Class 1 grass types; pesticide applications must be performed by or under an NC-licensed applicator.
Work requirements: Supply all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision; work Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–6 p.m., with required roadway traffic controls.
