What the job is
Coverage: 24 hours daily, seven days a week during designated semester periods; three-year term with two optional one-year extensions.
Staffing: Two guards per shift each at New Residence Hall, University Towers, and Viking Village; one guard per shift shared between Bias Hall and Viking Tower. Provide supervisory coverage.
Duties: Building and entrance security, interior and exterior patrols, visitor monitoring, emergency assistance, alarm response, fire watch, and daily shift and incident reports.
Personnel: Background-checked, uniformed guards with company and university identification; no weapons permitted.
Additional coverage: Breaks, move-in/move-out, and special events as needed.
Pricing: Provide per-person hourly rates for daytime (8:00 a.m.–midnight), overnight (midnight–8:00 a.m.), emergency, and holiday shifts, including all associated costs.
Mandatory site visit: October 22, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., Griffin Hall, Conference Room 118. Prompt arrival and attendance for the full visit are required.
