Valuation: Licensed or certified appraisers providing USPAP-compliant appraisals, independent appraisal reviews, and abbreviated valuations for uncomplicated acquisitions.
Additional services: Relocation assistance, legal descriptions and exhibits, deed preparation, condemnation support, owner outreach, and property management or disposition.
Pricing: Itemized unit rates per parcel, easement, appraisal, instrument, relocation case, or assignment; separate outreach and field-visit rates. Include hourly rates and additional charges, with pricing firm for three years.
Staffing: All services must be performed without subcontracting.
